Right of withdrawal

Your right

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day on which you, or a person you named, received the goods, without giving any reason.

How to withdraw

  1. Inform us of your decision within 14 days, by email to support@sibiotech.com or by post to Saulrieta krastmala 55, Riga, LV-1063, Latvia. You may use the form below, but you don't have to; a clear statement is enough (order number, name, "I wish to withdraw from my purchase").
  2. Send the goods back within 14 days of your notice to: AS “SISTĒMU INOVĀCIJAS” (síbiotech), Saulrieta krastmala 55, Riga, LV-1063, Latvia. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
  3. We will refund the full amount paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice, but not before we have received the goods back or proof that you have sent them. The refund is made to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

Food supplements are goods that, for health protection and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened after delivery (Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255, paragraph 22.5). The right of withdrawal therefore applies only to unopened bottles with an intact safety seal.

This does not limit your right to make a claim within 2 years for goods that do not conform to the contract (for example, damaged goods) under the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
