Delivery options and costs
We currently deliver within Latvia only.

If you choose a parcel locker, you pick the exact Omniva or DPD locker in your cart before checkout. When the parcel is in the locker, the carrier will send you an SMS with the pickup code. The exact delivery cost is always shown before payment.
Delivery times
Orders paid by 14:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day; others are dispatched on the next working day. Delivery takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
If your parcel is damaged
If you receive a damaged package or the wrong product, email support@sibiotech.com within 3 days with photos, so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. We will replace the product free of charge or refund your money. This does not limit your statutory right to make a claim within 2 years.
Returns
- 14-day right of withdrawal: for unopened bottles with an intact seal (see "Refund policy").
