Terms of service

Effective from: 1 October 2026

1. General

The online store sibiotech.eu is operated by AS “SISTĒMU INOVĀCIJAS” (business unit "síbiotech"), Reg. No. 40003946311, VAT No. LV40003946311, registered address: Mazcenu aleja 6A, Jaunmārupe, Mārupes nov., LV-2166, Latvia, email: support@sibiotech.com, phone: +371 20 221 199 (hereinafter the "Seller").

These terms form a distance contract between the Seller and the buyer (hereinafter the "Buyer") within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014 "Regulations on Distance Contracts". By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.

2. Products

The store offers food supplements. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

Product images are for illustration; the packaging design may differ slightly.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT 21%). Prices do not include delivery costs, which are shown before the order is confirmed. The Seller may change prices at any time; the price in effect when the order was placed is binding.

4. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

  1. The Buyer selects products, enters delivery details and pays for the order.
  2. After payment, the Buyer receives an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded at that moment.
  3. If a product is unavailable, the Seller informs the Buyer within 2 working days and refunds the amount received.

Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over.

5. Payment

Payment can be made by payment card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) and by the other payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by a certified payment service provider; the Seller does not receive card details.

6. Subscription

If the Buyer chooses a subscription ("Subscribe and save"), the product is delivered and paid for automatically at the chosen interval. The subscription can be paused or cancelled at any time in the customer account or by emailing support@sibiotech.com at least 2 days before the next payment. Cancellation does not apply to deliveries that have already been paid for.

7. Delivery

Delivery is available within Latvia only. Delivery methods, times and costs are described in the "Shipping policy". The Seller dispatches the order within 1 working day of receiving payment. The risk passes to the Buyer when the goods are handed over to the Buyer or placed in the parcel locker chosen by the Buyer.

8. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The procedure is described in the "Refund policy".

Important: under paragraph 22.5 of Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products whose packaging has been opened after delivery, as they cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons. The right of withdrawal applies to unopened bottles with an intact safety seal.

9. Conformity of goods and claims

The Buyer has the right to make a claim within 2 years for goods that do not conform to the contract (Section 27 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law). Send claims to support@sibiotech.com with the order number and a description of the problem (with photos, if possible). The Seller replies within 15 working days.

10. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the Buyer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (www.ptac.gov.lv), the Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission, or use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). Disputes that cannot be resolved out of court are heard by the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

11. Intellectual property

The store's content (texts, images and the NOVOMEGA and síbiotech brands) is the property of the Seller or its partners and may not be used without written permission.

12. Other provisions

The Seller may amend these terms; an order is governed by the terms in effect when it was placed. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
