How to take it
Morning: 2 NOVOMEGA + 1 IMMYOO with breakfast. Evening: 1–2 SEDOXAN 30–60 minutes before bed. Swallow with water. NOVOMEGA lasts 30 days, IMMYOO 60 days, SEDOXAN 30–60 days.

Can I take all three together?
Yes. They are made for different times of day: NOVOMEGA and IMMYOO in the morning, SEDOXAN in the evening. If you take medication, check with your doctor or pharmacist first.
How long does the bundle last?
NOVOMEGA (2 a day) lasts 30 days, IMMYOO (1 a day) 60 days and SEDOXAN (1–2 a day) 30–60 days. Many people take a second NOVOMEGA in month two.
Does SEDOXAN contain melatonin?
No. SEDOXAN is made from hops, valerian and lemon balm extracts in hemp seed oil, with no added melatonin.
Are the softgels vegan?
Yes — all three use plant-based softgels. NOVOMEGA's omega-3 comes from microalgae, not fish.
